Members can book practice ice for free. Just login and go to the Club Calendar.
Please limit your booking to 60 minutes of practice time per day so that more members can access practice ice.
Please also be aware these practice ice slots are not meant for full team practice. Please limit the number of people on the ice for your practice time to 3 people at most. If you wish to have a full team practice, see below.
Team Practice
If you wish to book a 2-hour team practice, the members rate is $100 + GST for one sheet.
Non-members can book a 2-hour team practice for $140 + GST for one sheet.
Member Junior teams can book a 2-hour team practice for $80 + GST for 2 hours for one sheet.

How to Book Practice Ice
To book practice ice online you must have a PCC membership and online account. You must be logged into the PCC website to be able to book your ice time.
Step 1: Login to your PCC online account
- Find the Member Login box on this page (and most pages) of the Parksville Curling Club website.
- Enter your login and password.
- The website will log you in and refresh.
Step 2: Navigate to the booking page
- From the top menu, open the Member’s Home dropdown.
- Select Practice Ice, then click Book Ice Time.
Step 3: Choose your time slot
- Scroll through the calendar to find your preferred date.
- Available practice ice slots will appear in green.
- Click on a green slot to open the booking pop-up window.
Step 4: Confirm your booking
- If the pop-up window does not appear, check your browser’s address bar and allow this pop-up or you may be able to allow all pop-ups from the PCC website if you wish.
- In the pop-up window, click Confirm at the bottom to finalize your booking. You may have the scroll down in the window to see the button.
You will receive an email confirmation once your booking is complete.
After the calendar reloads, you may book a second half-hour slot if desired.
Please note that members are asked not to book more than one hour at a time to ensure fair access for everyone.
Tip: The screens in the lounge displaying the ice schedule will also show your practice ice booking, which is helpful if you forget which sheet you’re on. These screens are updated manually, so occasional errors may occur. If you book within 20 hours of your practice time, your booking may not appear on the lounge screens.
