Thinking about coming back to the game?

Join us Sunday, February 22 for a relaxed, no-pressure introduction to curling designed especially for adults 60 and over.

On Sunday, February 22 from 12:30pm – 2:30pm we invite you to join us at the Parksville Curling Centre for your chance to try curling, or get back on the ice after time away.

  • no experience needed
  • friendly, supportive on-ice demos
  • modifications for different abilities (stick curling is available for people who don't get into a crouch anymore)
  • all equipment provided
  • registration required

Curling is a sport you can enjoy at any age — even into your 80s and 90s. It’s active, inclusive, and known for its strong community.

Please arrive by 12:15 pm so we can help you get organized and ready to go on the ice.

There is a FREE beverage after curling for all registered participants in attendance.

Enjoy the social side of curling in the lounge after the ice time.
