Join us for a relaxed, no-pressure introduction to curling. Everyone 8 years-old and older is welcome to take part. Everyone under 12 years-old MUST bring a helmet (bike, snowboard, skateboard...) with them to wear on the ice.

Saturday, September 26 from 1:00pm – 3:00pm join us at the Parksville Curling Centre for your chance to try curling, or get back on the ice after time away.
Curling is a sport you can enjoy at any age — even into your 80s and 90s. It’s active, inclusive, and known for its strong community.

Please bring warm clothes, gloves, and a clean pair of shoes that you have not worn outside (ie gym shoes)> All other equimpent will be provided.

Ready To Learn to Curl?
Five weeks. That's all it takes to go from curious beginner to confident curler. Learn to Curl at the Parksville Curling Club is built for all ages and all fitness levels — because the ice is for everyone.
Whether you've never set foot on the ice or just haven't played in years, our Learn To Curl program is the friendliest way in. Over five Friday evenings you'll go from complete beginner to calling strategy, sweeping hard, and making shots you didn't think were possible.
Each two-hour session builds real skills — delivering a rock, sweeping technique, game strategy, teamwork, and understanding positions. All the equipment is provided. All you need to bring is yourself.
What to wear & bring:
After each session, stick around — the bar is open and your new curling friends will be waiting.
$100 + tax gets you 10 hours of instruction and game play, plus all equipment included.
Fall session dates — Friday evenings at 7pm: October 9 · 16 · 23 · 30 · November 6
