Refund Policy Information
Your board at the PCC has created a refund policy for the curling season. It is important to remember that the PCC is a
club that we are all members of. There are expenses that are incurred regardless of whether the Club is open or not as well as expenses if we are required to shut down after opening.
The PCC Refund Policy is as follows:
- The PCC has a general no refund policy after the curling year begins
- Members that quit or leave a league or the club after start up are not eligible for refunds.
- Individual refunds for any reason other than below are at the discretion of the Board and must be applied for by contacting the Secretary of the Parksville Curling Club
