Refund Policy

Refund Policy Information

Your board at the PCC has created a refund policy for the curling season. It is important to remember that the PCC is a

club that we are all members of. There are expenses that are incurred regardless of whether the Club opens or not as well as expenses if we are required to shut down after opening.

The PCC Refund Policy is as follows:

  • Members that quit or leave a league after start up are not eligible for refunds.
  • Individual refunds for any reason other than below are at the discretion of the Board.
  • Should Public Health, Government Officials or the Board of the PCC require the PCC to close down, members who have paid their fees will be reimbursed all their paid fees if such closure is declared before the particular league begins. Further that if the league has already started as scheduled for the Annual, Fall / Winter or Session Leagues,  that only the league playing fees will be refunded prorated based on the number of games that remain to be played in the schedule. Fees associated with “Other” fees will not be reimbursed as expenses would have already been incurred.
